A LITTLE BIT ABOUT ME
As a professional Personal Fitness Trainer, my main passion is guiding people towards a healthier lifestyle. Every body is unique; each with its own strengths and limitations. My method is to build a custom plan based on your shape, size, and fitness goals. My aim is not only to transform your body, but to influence you in making more mindful decisions when it comes to your health.
I've had a passion for sports and helping people since a young age. I first started playing sports at the age of 6 as well as training and coaching since the age of 16. I've played many sports such as football and basketball but rugby was my true passion. At 16 I was selected for the Netherlands under 17 and went on to represent them at u17 & u18 level. Not only that but I'm proud to say I've also won a National title with Rugby Club 't Gooi.
It was during my time in the Dutch youth set up I found my passion for fitness!
Since the age of 16 I have gone on to work in multiple gyms and currently work with Hart PTC and Crossfit Naarden. I have now created my own company so I can help you reach your fitness and health goals.
I also have experience assisting and working as a PE teacher in a primary school, ski instructor in Austria, camp counselor in America and a rugby trainer/coach.
I have plenty of experience working with and training people of all ages!
I have studied at Sport en Beweging Amsterdam, Cios Amersfoort and I have attended multiple courses such as Fitness Trainer A and Sport Massage.
